Hollow-Board-Lined Wire Containers for Scratch-Sensitive Components
Custom wire containers with blue hollow-board lining protect parts from direct metal contact, while half-drop front access and reinforced stacking feet support organized warehouse handling.
Project Challenge
Scratch-sensitive components are not suitable for direct contact with bare metal mesh. Standard wire containers can cause surface damage during loading, transport, and unloading. A lining solution is needed that covers the inner contact surfaces while preserving the structural advantages of the wire container.
Lined Container Solution
Blue hollow-board (corrugated polypropylene) sheets line the inner contact surfaces of the wire container. This separates the component surface from the metal wire mesh throughout storage and handling. The half-drop front panel allows front-access loading and unloading when the containers are stacked.
Access and Stacking Details
The front half-drop panel provides access to the container interior without requiring the container to be unstacked. The reinforced stacking feet (shown in green/yellow) provide stable, clearly visible stacking support points.
Factory Lining Installation
This image shows the factory process of fitting the hollow-board lining panels into wire containers. Panels are cut and fitted to cover the inner contact surfaces.
Batch Production
These images show completed lined containers arranged in the factory prior to shipment, demonstrating batch production capability.
